Kelpi wins at Tech Tour and the Open Innovation Forum

As we look back to last year, Kelpi was particularly proud to win two major awards in two days at the end of 2023.

On 28th November, Kelpi was announced as the winner of the Bio-Economy and Materials category at the Tech Tour European Grand Finals in Growth Sustainability 2023 in Essen, Germany, in front of an audience of 130 investors and 100 participating companies.  Kelpi pitched against 6 shortlisted companies in their category for the title, and were delighted to be selected the winner by a panel of 6 industry expert judges.

On 29 November 2023, Kelpi also pitched at the Open Innovation Forum. Kelpi was selected from a strong field of 50 companies to pitch in person, and presented alongside 19 other start-ups and scale-ups at the Müller Group’s offices in Munich.  Each company was invited based on their innovative solutions to deliver one of the Open Innovation Forum’s priority needs and have impact on the key Sustainable Development Goals of Sustainability, Health, Waste and Net-Zero.  Kelpi was delighted to be awarded the accolade of overall winner.
