Wanted: Polymer chemist to make a real difference

Kelpi is looking for a forward-thinking polymer chemist to work at the leading edge of sustainable technology development, joining an innovative, award-winning and well-funded team.

You’ll be pioneering the development of new bioplastics in a collaborative project between the University of Bath and the sustainable biotech start-up Kelpi. And so contributing solutions to marine plastic pollution while reducing carbon emissions from food packaging production.

Your scientific expertise combined with your instinct to innovate will put you at the heart of a 10-person team applying novel bioplastic packaging solutions to address the needs of industrial clients.

As such you'll play a key role at the heart of the business, driving the research and development forward under the leadership of Professor Chris Chuck.
